The Thermage Procedure - Tighter Skin Without Surgery

Also called ThermaLift, ThermaCool, and Radiothermoplasty, the Thermage procedure reduces the signs of aging skin, giving you a more youthful appearance. This procedure is performed with a technology cleared by the USFDA for the treament of wrinkles around the eyes.

The unique aspect of the Thermage procedure is that it requires no incisions or recovery time. An advanced way of tightening skin, it is performed with a radiofrequency device called ThermaCool TC™. The procedure can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the area you are having treated. Additional time may be required for skin preparation prior to the procedure. While a single treatment can produce good results in a significant number of patients, Dr. Siegel will assess the number and frequency of treatments required to achieve optimal results for your skin.

Effects of the Thermage procedure may last 18 months or longer based on each patient’s natural aging process. Following this procedure, most people return to their regular activities immediately. Some may experience mild redness (like a sunburn), but it usually disappears quickly. No special care is needed after treatment, but sunscreen is recommended.
