Buttock Lift
A buttock lift can be a stand-alone procedure or done in combination with
a thigh lift, abdominoplasty, or torsoplasty. This is helpful to achieve a
reduction of skin and fat in the buttocks area after large weight loss or
aging of the buttocks. The incisions are hidden in the bikini line area, and
are individualized for each patient’s needs.
A buttock lift can be performed in our fully accredited operating suite as
an outpatient procedure if you have a friend or family member that is able
to help care for you for the first 24 hours.
A supportive garment is worn for at least 2 weeks after surgery. Return to
work and normal activity is usually 2 weeks.
